Videos are used to promote content understanding and enhance the faculty-to-student engagement in simulcast-hybrid, asynchronous, and synchronous-online class sessions.

After designing the course when teaching it, the instructor acts as a “facilitator” and uses various strategies to actively engage the students to facilitate learning.
