This online self-paced interactive course will guide faculty on how to design and create their instructional videos for their courses. Videos are used to promote content understanding and enhance the faculty-to-student engagement in simulcast-hybrid, asynchronous, and synchronous-online class sessions. The Teachers Observing Peers (TOP) program provides UNC Charlotte faculty members with an opportunity to observe peers representing a variety of disciplines implementing interactive methods in a live classroom setting.
